I love the coffee here and the atmosphere. But they have strange protocols when it comes to food and when it can be served. It's 9:40 in the morning and I walked up to order a BLT which is on the menu. I am told that they can't make me a BLT becuase it is on the lunch menu, and that doesn't get served til 11:30. We love The Muse and I am a local for 20 years now from NC. But…yesterday I came in for one of our old favorites the breakfast burrito with egg, bacon, cilantro, black bean hummus, cheese with a side of the best homemade salsa.
