Excellent customer service this evening. I don't like my hash browns super crispy so after I got my food I just casually mentioned that to the friends I was dining with. The cook overheard me and offered to remake it. It was the first time I had their chicken melt bowl and it was absolutely delicious. It's my new go to order at Waffle House after eating the same thing there for 35 years.
My first time at a waffle house. Very tiny place, felt very awkward. Went on a Saturday morning so there was no place left to sit, so we got our food to go. Was a short wait and the food was excellent. The staff were all excellent as well
The food was delicious, cooked exactly right, fresh hot, served quickly and the waitress was friendly and kept my drink filled. She also gave me a new full to go cup. (I hate when I have to pour my old drink into a to go cup, it goes flat quicker, pet peeve I guess.) 😄
