3rd visit in a row I've ordered no cheese (plasic) and I get it every time. IT MAKES ME SICK! 2 ppl in dining room & 1 car in the wait lane at drive thru & I repeated myself 3 times...LETTUCE TOMATO ONION MAYO...no cheese. Turn around, go bk, no manager on site to give refunds! So....tomorrow Karen will be making a appointment!!!! Waited for about 30 mins for RAW fries. And when I told manager that I was pregnant and refused to eat raw fries she snatched them from my heads and threw them away and made me new ones. No apology, no communication. Just very freaking rude. I will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s.
