Do not do drive through at this Zaxby's. The food is good for fast food, but the service is miserable. On average, I have to wait an extra ten to fifteen minutes every other time I do takeout there. I have never seen a drive thru as poorly run as this restaurant. Tonight, it was 29 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive-thru lane until I received my food. We will look for takeout elsewhere from now on.

My go-to fast food in Lynchburg. This location is consistently quick and food is fresh. There can be two cars ahead of me when ordering and they are gone by the time I pull up. Order is always right and the workers are friendly and kind!

Zaxbys has been around for awhile, but word on the street was that it was super expensive, so I didn't bother to pop in.
I happened to be in North Carolina, and it was about one of the only fast food joints in the area so I decided to try it.
I didn't think the prices were unreasonable.
