I recently moved to Madison Heights and was excited I still had a Starbucks to go to. Since moving here I found out I'm pregnant and it made me want it even more. Since there are caffeine restrictions I always ask for a decalf. Dixie and Jordan help me the most and they are both the sweetest baristas a pregnant woman could ask for. They always ensure my order is right and serve me with a smile, making my morning everytime I go. They keep me coming back. ♥️

Cass was extremely friendly. Cass also went the extra mile to make sure she understood what I was asking pertaining to my order. Most of all her service was with a genuine smile. If she is not the manager you really should consider her.

The employees are nice but a lot of them don’t know how to make drinks correctly.. I got a pink drink and it wasn’t mixed together at all and looked like they just put juice and coconut milk on the top. Even the employee looked at it weird before handing it to me.This has happened to me multiple times.

Basically the only clean, friendly place to stop in Madison Heights if you want to work or relax. Drinks are well made, and quickly corrected if any mistakes happen.I've spent some time studying here, iced mocha with chocolate cream cold foam in hand, and have to say most of the recent bad reviews are dishonest.Half of them are from unhinged mouth breathers who mobile order a drink, then immediately rush in and press themselves against the counter like impatient toddlers - glaring daggers at the baristas for having the audacity to make drinks in the order they were received.What part of hand-crafted do people in Madison Heights not understand? The app has a time estimate on the wait when you mobile order, which might assuage some patrons' impatience... if only the average local could read or count past 3. - Clean lobby, drinks made with care.Customers: 0.5/5 - Herds of angry toddler-adults who have the discipline and patience of a goldfish on meth.

I'm sooo disappointed, for my son. He wanted Starbucks, he insisted on Madison Heights...the 1st young lady was professional and polite...But the gentleman fixing the drinks...Poor customer service, rude. Attitude for no reason, and when I said I'm sorry thinking I misheard him, he then AGAIN rudely let me know my drinks were ready...and the amount of ice, I maybe had half a cup of drink..Honestly McDonald's has a better Frappuccino

It's unfortunate that this lovely new store has such inefficient baristas. They are slow, disorganized, and borderline rude. The cashiers have been friendly which makes the attitude of the others all the more disappointing.The first time I visited, there was a guy behind the pastries counter who ignored me. Another fellow, nearby, also ignored me. I had to ask if someone could assist me, and a third person appeared to take my order. Then I waited and waited for the order while folks behind the counter wandered back and forth and chatted. Two subsequent visits provided essentially the same experience.Surely, Starbucks can do better.
