Basically the only clean, friendly place to stop in Madison Heights if you want to work or relax. It's unfortunate that this lovely new store has such inefficient baristas. They are slow, disorganized, and borderline rude. The cashiers have been friendly which makes the attitude of the others all the more disappointing.The first time I visited, there was a guy behind the pastries counter who ignored me. Cass was extremely friendly. Cass also went the extra mile to make sure she understood what I was asking pertaining to my order. Most of all her service was with a genuine smile. If she is not the manager you really should consider her.
