We were planning to order a large order for event tonight. I started calling the Madison Heights location. I could never get anyone to answer the phone. I was on hold 30 minutes and no one ever answered.
store shift manager female and I do know her name...put her hands in my face and slammed her keys on the counter as loud as she could at me... repeatedly putting her fingers in my face.. over a pizza that we paid for and never got..
police were called...
I would never support this location.. I have it all recorded.. so it is what it is..

That was the nastiest pizza and boneless wings ever. The food had no taste, my boneless wings had no sauce on them, the crust tasted like stale bread. I will not be eating Papa John's again.
