Placed a mobile order to the wrong location, called the store right away to let them know to cancel. I was told it was too late and I had to come get it. I was at the Amherst location so I was not going to drive the extra difference. Credit card was charged anyway, wont happen again hope it was worth it.
Not very professional customer service the cashier was a sweetheart but her shift leader was not at all professional my sandwich felt as if I came out of the cooler not off the grill not to mention how long I waited for my cold food...I was only walking distance to take it back I received another sandwich but didn't get fresh fries considering I left them at home to return the sandwich...let's just say they are not busy and only working the drive thru if they can't at least give...read full review
