Really wanted to say something great about Miranda’s but was very disappointed. Ordered BBQ sandwich for lunch. Waitress stated fresh with fries. Went to restroom which passes by the kitchen and observed the BBQ being removed from a pre packaged Jack Daniels box. Wow. We were the only ones in the restaurant, there was no mistake. Of course it was not edible, almost $10 for frozen boxed food. You can do better.

Do yourself and favor and stop by for a visit! Also, if you’re interested in supporting a place that gives back to their community, a quick google search will get you up to speed about this owner.

Can not say enough awesome things about this place. We are visiting the area from NC and this place was 9mins from where we were staying.. we did our homework.. read the reviews, looked at the menu, etc etc.. but we were nowhere prepared for the awesomeness we received when we arrived.. Sheila was our waitress and was out of this world.. hands down the best customer service ever.. food was delicious, pricing was great but Sheila and her attentiveness to us was ABSOLUTELY like none other.. if we are ever in the area again WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you Sheila for taking such great care of us!!

Everything was excellent but I’m really just here to talk about our fantastic server, Sheila. She does it ALL yet somehow never neglects her tables. She greeted customers, bartended, served, bussed, answered the phone, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she was back there cooking! WITH A BROKEN WRIST in a cast!!!!! She was so friendly, upbeat, and took excellent care of us. She makes an awesome mimosa too! She really treated us like family. If you’re thinking of trying this place, do it! And make sure you ask for Sheila and treat her like the queen she is! You won’t be disappointed!

We’ve been to Miranda’s before, about a year or so ago, and it was bustling and full of people and lots of staff with great food. When we went this past weekend, it wasn’t such a good experience. We had heard that they had been closed for a bit of time recently to remodel. However, from what I remembered, no remodeling had been done. In fact, their entrance door needs to be replaced before it falls off the hinges. When we got there, there was no one at the hostess stand or behind the bar. Two other parties came in, a party of four behind us, and a party of two behind them. We waited about five or so minutes and still no one came to seat us. I left and went back to the kitchen and stuck my head in, and I asked if someone could seat the people who were waiting. The hostess said that she was sorry but that she’d been wrapping silverware in the kitchen. Clearly, she should’ve been doing that at the bar at the hostess stand. In the meantime, the party of four that was behind us had left. The hostess seated us, and then seated the other couple. There was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time, and they were just finishing up. The waitress took our order, and it took a while to get to us, even though there were only four people in the restaurant at the time. The saving grace at Miranda’s is that the food was very delicious. They really need to step up their service game or I fear that they will lose more business in the months to come.
