Great food but the service is always so slow and the staff don’t care at all. ** Edit to my first review.** The GM and manager personally reached out to me. They apologized and accepted the service was not to their standards. They did not hide from it. Then they invited me back to give them another chance. Nothing but respect for how they handled it. As stated originally, food is always great and service was excellent on my return visit.
There’s no better restaurant than this one for charcoal chicken. Clean, great vibes, fantastic food, nice staff. Every time I go with my family, I know I will have a good time there. No pressured tipping bullshit. Just good vibe and good food, and that’s what a restaurant is all about.
I had the pleasure of eating here for dinner yesterday. I ordered the half grilled chicken with all dark meat with sides of Yuka and Rice. My food came with side of sauces as well. My husband ordered the beef burrito and it came with chips and really tasty salsa. I love the food, it’s so delicious, the service was pretty fast. The only thing is the music a bit loud, which I guess that’s what some people prefer. Overall, I would come back to eat here and I highly recommend...
