I'm rating 3 stars. I ordered on Uber Eats, no issue there. Ordered General Tso Chicken, egg rolls ans hot and sour soup. The General Tso's tasting like Orange chicken. No red chilli peppers in it, just some seeds. The chicken was chewy. The soup did not taste like other hit and sour soups I have ordered from other places. Eggs roll we not very tasty. Spent about $38 dollars, 4 for tip. Had to pay $1.00 for 10 hot mustard packets. Couldn't get just one free...

Food was delicious freshly made, customer service was poor. Cashier lady working in the front was rude, asked for hot sauce told me all hot sauce they had was the pachages but yet somebody else asked for hot sauce and she gave them the homemade oil hot sauce, she asked rudely “So, what do you want”. She kept going to the back instead of tending the counter therefore we have to kept ringing bell and she got bothered!

Had a little problem getting my delivery order ( Doordarshan sucks) A bit later I received a call, the owner heard about my issue and wanted to make it right. He went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction. L He heard of my problem and went out of his way to make sure I had a hot delicious meal. Most companies don't care but this one is on another level. Many thanks Hunan Star!
