This review is long overdue. The restaurant's name led us to this place. Unfortunately, both the service and the food were disappointing. The America's Best Chicken pictured on the menu looked delish, but the dish we received was burnt, poorly presented and taste really bad. We were disappointed. I do not recommend this location.

I asked the person on the phone because I ordered from them before if they could not bread my whole wings like the one in Newport News he said it comes that way, and alright thank you and hung up on me....so are we eating chicken or pre cooked food they reselling. I can go to the grocery store and get banquet chicken, which is what they are selling.

Ordered a hamburger, no options for toppings, snd it had cheese on it which I didn't order. The meat wad like a shoe sole, and the mozzarella sticks come without marinara. I spent $40 on a meal I couldn't eat. Never again.

Food is alright but the crying over sauce. If you ask for 2 different sauce the tell you no. Sauce would cost them nothing, when I pay $15 per sandwich. Wow I don’t care how good food is if you crying over me asking for extra you should close the place.

This place slaps! All the wing flavors I've tried are great. Best wings I've had in a bit, they're a lil stingy with the ranch but honestly I'd rather make my own anyway.

The food was alright, but the customer service was a letdown. The guy at the counter was on his phone the entire time I was there. Didn’t even get a ‘hi’ or any sort of greeting. He stayed on the phone while I placed my order and then just headed straight to the kitchen without giving me a chance to ask any questions, like how long the wait might be. You’d hope the food would make up for the poor service, but it was just okay.
