Their customer service is horrible! I ordered onion rings and a vanilla shake with strawberries. The food and shake were good but it took approximately 7 to 10 minutes to get my order. When I was at the pickup window, there were no less than 3 people at the window. No one said hello. The young lady handed me my food and I said thank you. She said “Yup”. Rude! I will never again spend my hard earned money here.
I visited the drive-thru tonight with the intention of placing an order, but unfortunately, there was a series of miscommunications. I placed the order. Despite paying for my meal, it was not ready when I arrived at the pickup window, and I was asked by multiple staff members what I had ordered. I was then requested to park and wait for my order to be remade. Unfortunately, when the order was eventually brought out to me, no napkins no straw for the shake no condiments 🥵
