Decided to stop in on Easter, given everything in Dumfries and Woodbridge was packed and was not disappointed! I got the strawberry and chocolate french toast and was in dessert breakfast heaven. My boyfriend got the shrimp and grits and even just looking at it, I was jealous! And I don't even like seafood! Highly recommend if you are okay with slight spice. The basil strawberry lemonade is refreshing and rejuvenating. 10/10 will come back!

Three of us stopped at the bistro for lunch on St. Patrick's Day. We chose to dine up on the roof since it was a gorgeous day. Our waitress was very attentive to the rooftop tables, which required more trips up and down the stairs than I could count. For starters, we got the corn fritters and the baked brie with pecans and berry compote, which was served with pita wedges. Both starters were very good and easily shareable. Our entrees included the chicken and brie sandwich, the warm goat cheese salad with chicken, and a burger (Bistro burger, I believe). We also ordered the Greek fries. Everyone greatly enjoyed their food, which came out just before we finished our apps. I had the chicken and brie sandwich, and I can say with all honestly that it was probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I don't know what the season their chicken with, but it was delicious and very juicy. The chicken on the salad looked the same. The Greek fries were also a hit. Would definitely return to try some of the other enticing menu items.
Highly recommend this relatively small but warm bistro. Food was delicious, service was excellent and overall it was a great experience! We enjoyed the pork loin and the rice was amazing - so unique with a lemon twist! The grit cake and shrimp was a fun twist on 'shrimp and grits' with EXCELLENT flavor and a nice kick. The orange butter cake - incredible! We will definitely be back. The only wish - they expand their beer menu with some local ales or ambers.

Cozy indoor & rooftop atmosphere. Servers are very polite and friendly. Ordered the fish & chips. The fish looked like Tilapia instead of Cod. Very thin fillets that may have been fried too long & looked like fried chicken. However, their Old Fashions were delicious! Will definitely return again.

Absolute mess of a place. Called a couple hours ahead of time to ask if reservations could be made. Was told no, we don’t do reservations but the time we wanted to show up shouldn’t be busy. Showed up only to find out they do do reservations and they were booked. 7 open tables but not willing to seat us. Drove 25 minutes only to have been lied to. Guess we’ll cross off this place in our want to go locations.
This is a jewel of a restaurant!!! My family and I dined here for lunch last week. The atmosphere was great! The staff was friendly! The food and drinks were superb! I ordered an angus burger and a hot chocolate w/some bailey's cream. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for being a unique restaurant w/great customer service!
