They forgot the extra patty. The burger was incredibly salty and the bun was way too big. The garlic parmesan fries were a blob that slid out of the container into the bag when I tried to remove them. The fries also had a strange taste and after taste. Worst fast food I have ever had. I also paid a lot for delivery.

Not sure what’s going on with this Checkers, but I won’t be coming back. The fries tasted awful, the sandwich wasn’t any better, and they didn’t even have ice for the drinks. The only thing that stood out in a good way was the customer service — the staff was polite and helpful. But overall, the experience was a letdown

My first experience at Checkers, was a terrific treat! It's the same as Rally's that they have on the West Coast. The food was hot, fresh and delicious, and the service, in the drive through was great. They serve the whole menu all day, burgers and Chili Dogs for breakfast, YES PLEASE!
I LOVE this checkers! The food is amazing, the service is typically good but this last time I went through they charged me $0.50 for a dip cup that I didn't order and they never asked me about. In order to get it to enough sauces to charge me they also put two other sauces on my order. I didn't order any sauce and if they had asked I would have said no. If you visit this location, check to make sure they aren't adding additional charges on your receipt!

Went here at 10pm to satisfy some late night cravings. Was prepared for food to be either cold or not fresh due to being off prime time but I was pleasantly surprised. My bacon double cheeseburger was cooked well and fries were delicious.

The service is (and has been) great and they took good care of this issue. 5 stars for that! If you ever have an issue like I did, reach out and give them a chance to fix it.
