Costco Food Court

On Jan 5, 2024, I purchased organic golden kiwis from Costco, Manassas VA. They looked fine in the see-through box, but they were all rotten. Ineatible. I had trouble with the same product at the Costco in Chantilly, VA. They are not doing a good job with their produce -- at least the produce that is unrefridgerated. Why don't they do a good job or just stop carrying it (or put less out)?

Poorly designed. They have the carts on the opposite side of the entrance so you have to weave around everyone exiting. In general the layout is not that great. I still love Costco though. I would go to a different location if there was one within a reasonable distance.

I just have to share this. I was at the Manassas costco yesterday evening and I lost my cellphone. This nice lady named Diana near the clothing section went above and beyond to help me. She saw how distressed I was and offered to walk around with me using her own phone to call my number to see if we could hear it. She had me trace back my steps and after 20 long minutes we found my phone. I offered to give her money and she did not accept my offer so the least I can do is write this review. @costco you have a valuable employee please treat her well! Happy Holidays!!

The best prices are in this place, the best meats, very fresh foods and at the best price

It is one of the best sources from which you can buy in various fields. The prices are very good for the quality of the products, and the customer service team is very good.

Costco always carries the best products on the market for a great price. Love me some Costco clothing, flowers, food, everything!

Waiting over 27 minutes for my pizza ended up its not there yet . What waste of time . And they just told me you have to wait for 15 minutes

Didn't likenthe way costco employee was putting items in the car because it was going to spill over when I get to mya car and I have 6 year old boy with me

The cashier pulled out the paper towel slammed it on the floor. Supervisior didn't do anything about it and aonI had to talk to manager.

Yes I made a scene about it because cashier slamming paper town on the floor made me angry. Manager said she'll have talk with the cashier but so what? I won't know the result of what comes after the "talk"

I would have just walked out without buying anything from the costo if my son wasn't with me

I hope the cashier gets fired and supervisor demoted but that's not going to happen.

Great tire service and warranty. I highly recommend making an appointment in advance, and avoid weekends.

Huge store with multiple brand options. Every time you get some top brands, as well as Kirkland labeled items, with good deals.

It is a Costco, you know what you get with Costco as far as items. The thing that is terrible about this particular Costco is the layout. The parking lot forces people to have to drive in front of the store from three different angles, all while people are exiting the store creating a huge backup. You have to walk past the entrance and exit of the store to get to the carts, and then turn around and again walk past the exit to get to the entrance while people are coming in and out, also creating a traffic jam.

This place is always packed, does not matter day or time. They really need to open another one further to the west to take some of the traffic off and spread it out. The checkout lanes are too close to the nearest merchandise shelf that bunches people up and creates some really long lines and really short ones since people cannot access them from both sides. It's not fun to shop at.

The cashiers here were so nice and helpful.
I especially appreciate the help of the woman who was at the self checkout section.

Plenty of free parking though you might have to park far if you go on a busy time like weekends.
