I just have to share this. I was at the Manassas costco yesterday evening and I lost my cellphone. This nice lady named Diana near the clothing section went above and beyond to help me. She saw how distressed I was and offered to walk around with me using her own phone to call my number to see if we could hear it. She had me trace back my steps and after 20 long minutes we found my phone. I offered to give her money and she did not accept my offer so the least I can do is write...
It is a Costco, you know what you get with Costco as far as items. The thing that is terrible about this particular Costco is the layout. The parking lot forces people to have to drive in front of the store from three different angles, all while people are exiting the store creating a huge backup. You have to walk past the entrance and exit of the store to get to the carts, and then turn around and again walk past the exit to get to the entrance while people are coming in and...
