I always come here to buy a dozen donuts as they are my local store, I’ve never had any issues before until today. I bit into one of my glazed donuts and towards the end I saw this which made me disgusted…it looks like mold inside? Please make sure you’re double checking your donuts because this can get someone very sick.

The place with the bad attitude. BIG NO TO THIS PLACE. They put a tiny amount of cream cheese on a cream cheese bagel. When I asked for more, the employee had an attitude. She said that you pay more for cream cheese. I showed her the bagel, and she gave me more cream cheese, but she told me I had to pay more for the cream cheese next time.

Always get the same drink. They made my drink with more cream and I tell them I get the same thing every time and it’s never that light. Terrible service. I ask for 1 cream and for some reason the drink is completely white as if they put 3 creams. Not coming to this location anymore.
I came for a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. Coffee was good, but they forgot cheese on my sandwiches. No big deal, simple mistake, but I had already taken a bite out of my sandwich before realizing. Both sandwiches. I take it back so I can get new sandwiches made correctly. They took back the sandwiches I had already TAKEN A BITE OF, added a cold slice of cheese and reserved me the sandwiches. Firstly, disgusting, especially if you are handling other people's food. Also why do businesses think it's okay to serve cold cheese on hot food. Please melt the cheese. Very disturbed by what went down here.

We stop by there before heading to West Virginia. The rest room has a code and you have to ask the employee the code(35207) i ordered Dunkalatte xtra caramel my fav. And my husband ordered Just a regular coffee with heavy cream and 6 Splenda. My ordered came out wrong. Plain tasting and my husband coffee came out black. Every body seems avoiding any eye contact with the customer. My husband and i keep saying excuse me, excuse me but we were ignored. We just want to ask for the restroom door code so we can use the rest room and the lady seems annoyed that i had asked her for the code to use the rest room. We will not coming back for sure.
