Flaming Buffet Reviews
We happened to be in the area and stopped by Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet for lunch at 2:35 PM on a weekday.
This was our second visit; the first was over a decade ago (if I recall correctly, it was called Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet back then).
We were truly impressed by both the menu and the prices! The food was seasoned perfectly—not too sweet or salty, and not overly greasy. There was a wide variety of dishes, with highlights including various fish...read full review

The scallops were nothing more than cornbread with cheese melted on it. The shrimps were somewhat small. The fried food had a dirty grease taste. All the sushi had cheese. Need better options for sushi. What was labeled salmon was questionable. It tasted okay but I don't think it was salmon. It was a white fish.
The buffet in Woodbridge is much better. IMHO
Great service, very nice and beautiful restaurant

Flaming Buffet in Manassas offers a wide variety of Chinese and Hibachi-style all-you-can-eat food at an affordable price. The food is decent, featuring a notable sushi bar, although it is not top-notch. The atmosphere is casual and clean, making it a nice place for families. The buffet includes a large selection of dishes, including a hibachi section for creating custom plates. Recent reviews highlight that the food is very clean and tasty, with good hygiene practices noted. However, there have been concerns about the bathrooms, which can be in poor condition.
The restaurant is a solid choice for those who enjoy shrimp and sushi, especially for trying new items like octopus. Standout dishes mentioned include the grilled beef, which is flavorful and tender, and the fried shrimp that is perfectly crispy. The sesame balls are also a highlight, though some items like the sushi selection and vegetable dishes have received mixed reviews. The overall experience remains positive for many visitors, despite some quality issues with certain foods. Prices have recently increased, but the restaurant is still a good option for a filling meal without spending too much. It is particularly popular on Sundays and federal holidays, when prices are higher.
