Our first time there it will be our last, family members vomit after the visit, food are horrible, turkey bone with very dry meats, looks like been sitting there for days, days old baked potatoes, baked fish is uncooked, too many to list. Server was horrible, not once come to fill up our glasses of water and we need to stacked our plates high to make room on the table. Never will visit again!!!

I came here with my family of 12 and found myself a table. The manager comes to us after we get settled stating that the tables we chose was for handicap and that we needed to move. He told us he was getting another table ready for us. When we walk over to the table, it was not even close to being ready. Still trash everywhere and no tables being combined. The manager then gets mad at the workers who didn’t prepare it even though I watched him not even tell them we were coming. We complained that we’ve been here for 15 minutes already and still haven’t gotten seated. He said we could leave if we wanted to or wait for them to clear it. It was so rude and disrespectful. It really seemed like he did not care at all for our services so all 12 of us got refunded and left. I really hope they pick another manager to run this restaurant because if he was just a little nicer, this would have never happened. He was a tall white guy with a blue shirt.

I got there around 7:30 pm.I realized that after a certain point, they don't check on or replace the food . Most of the food looked over cooked or dried out due to being there for a while. The soups looked like they were there for days. I mentioned it to the waitress. She told another worker. That took her time to finally replace one of them. I saw the manager standing around talking with no concerns about checking on the food.The one thing that was fresh and pretty good. Was the meatloaf. The waitress and cashier were good. I didn't want to take a chance on anything raw like the salad bar. ?

It's gone downhill in the last couple of months. None of the fish was fully cooked , The Mac & cheese tasted like cardboard and powder. One of the workers cut I front of me just to get her own lunch.

Sometimes seems old that there's no way to get a pink center why? Old beef?AND WHY IS IT A DIRTY LOOK OR ATTITUDE WHEN YOU WANT FOOD THE HOUR BEFOR CLOSING... WHY ILL TELL YOU ALL THE STAFF IS CLEANING UP AND UNAVAILABLE FOR SERVICE , PLATES OR REFILLS THEY CANT REPLENISH FOOD OR MAKE FOOD OR SERVICE YOUR TABLE. Vhiclate fountains gone by 730 deserts are mostly allgone by 8. Steak chef is unavailableso just put the drink refills and cups where people can get them and either up the price or figure out a way with cups or such so those that don't pay any get it. Color of cups? Price hike and it's included.... hate the service because of this issue. Thirsty when eating and can't get anything to drink.also never any bread pudding always low n gone. Never gets restocked. Staff won't restock warm deserts in late evening. Sigh worst ever why you want warm deserts they don't check them or restock them sigh.....Sigh well the place is better now ... Mgr doesn't seem to add milk and do that creepy ungloved stir thing as some did it n the past. Smells better just service is bad.

My first time at GC. The staff were great, no problem there. But the food was really subpar. I came in not expecting much because for $16/adult, $8/kid (8yo) for a Saturday lunch, I don't expect Wegman's hotbar quality. However, the food just tasted so cheap. Too cheap. I saw them grilling the steak and porkchops and I thought - wow, I don't see how they can mess this up. But they did. The steak and the porkchops were both so salty they tasted about the same. I couldn't take more than 2 bites of each. Everything was just really salty. Even the gravy for the mashed potato was too salty. A lot of stuff just looked like canned food/frozen dinner reheated. Which makes sense, for the price. I guess I was expecting magic that didn't exist.Of course, the place was packed. So a lot of people like it. But personally I would not be excited about going here again.

Steak very small and the line is very crowded to where you can’t get to the other food . Wanted turkey but it sat there until it was dry and hard . I was there at peak time for fresh dinner food. Waitress was not helpful at all - never asked if wanted refill in the hour we were there . Baked chicken breast was pink . A lot of sides where empty and when asked when refill got attitude from worker - rather you speak English or not rudeness is universal. Never again will I visit this location . Basically 40 for us to have a plate a piece
