Have enjoyed going to GC all over the US for years. Sought it out after moving here. Lots of great individual dishes to try; freshly prepped meats are really good; fried chicken is good; my favorite is their pot roast...so delicious with mashed spuds and gravy. Over the years, desserts have gone down hill...but their fresh baked buns are still Top 5!!

Went to Golden Corral near NOVA Manassas for lunch. The price of under $13 was very reasonable for the buffet. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good but you need to choose wisely because not everything looks appealing and not everything will be to your liking so stick to things you know you're likely to enjoy or not best time to experiment. Deserts looked okay but we're a little disappointing tasting. Catfish nuggets and pot roast and sweet potatoes...

I visited Golden Coral with a friend today, and based on previous visits this one was lacking a lot more than previous visits.

The employees are boring, talking to you the very minimum to get their job done. Our plates were not removed from our table so they just stacked up on the end as we repeatedly went back to the buffet, our srinks were never refilled and many of the normal food items were out and never replaced.
