I love Jersey Mike's! This location offers a great atmosphere with great customer service. The dine-in seating area is a nice size, however this location does not have a public restroom. Upon entering we were greeted with smiles and felt welcomed. I orderd the chicken bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak with chipotle mayo on rosemary bread š„°š„° so good!!! I love the Rosemary bread, highly recommend. I also got the supreme sub with everything on it, reminds me of the deli in NY!! Great place to grab a quick bit or sit and eat mindfully.

Wooow, So I order a giant BLT through uberEATS, (Which is basically two subs) and they gave me a regular while uberEATS refuses to refund, THIS Jersey Mikes is playing games and I'm not playing with this place anymore or their mediocre sandwiches!

My 1 giant chicken philly order took a very long time. The cashier ignored me while I waited to pay instead of taking the payment or letting me know I could sit and wait then pay. It was very awkward standing for 10minutes and moving out of the way of other customers. I was also given white bread when I asked for rosemary. Never coming back to this location again.

Stopped here for my lunch break and holy moly do I regret it. This location has some of the most miserable workers I've ever come across. The energy and tone of the orange-haired man was especially unpleasant. The atmosphere really dragged down my mood... I recommend going somewhere else to eat. The food was alright but not worth the negativity of the workers. I will never return to this location. Would rather drive a little farther than deal with their attitudes.

Not sure what is going on with this location but it's not the same. Came in tonight to get a turkey birthday sub. The guy (He said his name is Christian but the receipt says Joshua) who sliced the meat and cheese was skimp on the positions. So I asked for EXTRA meat. This guy literally put 3 slices of extra meat on my sandwich and charged me $3! The young lady at the register tried to take it off so I didn't have to pay for the half ass portion but this guy Christian came up to the register to re add the fee and told me I shouldn't ask for extra meat if I don't want to pay for it! Woooow... I have no issue paying for ANYTHING, especially if it's worth it! This is unacceptable and this guy needs some customer service training! Another loyal customer gone

I went in this store the other night whatās my toddler to order food and we order with the gentleman in the front who was taking the orders who was very nice person we ordered ourselves which told it in almost $80 and I told the gentleman in the front that I was gonna add lettuce and tomatoes at the end, he said it was OK thatās fine and then the gentleman on the grill packed up my sandwiches and I told him that I want to add lettuce and tomato and he yelled at me and said no you didnāt say that I said yes I did I said ask the gentleman who just took my order and the gentleman that took my order. Say yes she didnāt want to add it. That was my fault. I forgot to tell you and then he Mumbled stupid people Underhis breath . And then he proceeded to open the sandwiches with his bare hands and then look for a glove put a glove on than threw lettuce and tomato on all 3 of my sandwiches and I got so angry because my toddles was now getting upset and crying because of the commotion I said forget it. I did not want the food anymore and for him to refund me my money he just said SURE , no problem. I did get my money back thank God, but I will not be going back to this Jersey Mikeās ever again horrible service.
