We ordered online and they ran out of boba. I got the cereal milk curnch and it was absolutely disgusting. Not sweet, and extremely chalky. I asked them to make me another drink after one sip and they said they can’t make another one if I don’t pay for another drink. Waste of $7, it costs you barely $1 to make a new drink and make a customer happy. Very disappointed and will never be coming back. Also they only had Large size available.

This was the worst boba drink experience ever.The girl working there on 2/8 around 2:30pm was rude and unsanitary. She was distracted talking to her friend while she was doing my order and ended up messing up the order. She added ice into my drink when I specifically ordered no ice. After I told her, she took out the ice but was having a hard time to seal the drink back. She then used a dirty RAG on the table to wipe the edge of the cup but it still wouldn't seal. She then used her HAND to clean up the edge again and in the process she touched the inside of the cup, including the drink inside.I told her right away that I don’t feel comfortable drinking the drink after she did that. She, with a bad attitude, respond “my hangs are clean!”No customer deserves being treat this way. And sanitation is the most fundamental thing for a place serving drink or food.

The cashier who took my order was nice however his coworker was sitting on the counter playing a game on his phone. While I understand it is slow there is no reason to sit on a countertop behind the counter in an establishment that serves food or drink (really anywhere). There was also a glob of hair on the floor and the floor was sticky.

Was kind of disappointed because I wanted the coffee milk tea and they said they don't have that but it was on the menu. I ended up getting the black tea milk boba. It was good. My son wanted the Oreo lactaid so that's what he got but they put boba in it and he didn't like it. Now maybe I should have said no boba? I thought you had to ask for boba. Then the girls that came in after we did git their drinks first.

Not a quick service compate to ther Kung Fu Tea, I ordered Taro Flavor which was way too sweet compate to others and had to wait I received the tea.

Sadly I have to say this location is just a miss for me. The last few times my drink has always just never been quite right. The cashiers are polite and the place is clean. But I don't think I'll be returning due to the inconsistent flavor in the drinks.
