Ive been to this location several times at Manassas, sudley. Shelly has provided excellent customer service and amazing drinks that i will keep coming back for. I recommend this location especially after the new management.
I am a frequent KFT customer. This KFT has done a 180 degree turnaround in the past few months under new management. The new owners have revamped the store, improved the ingredients to what is expected at a KFT and are extremely friendly. They know my order and have it ready for me when I arrive. Definitely the best KFT around now!
I've been to this place more time than I could count, never had a negative experience. I did notice since the management/employee change that they are overall nicer and more attentive! My drink of choice: oolong milk tea with brown sugar boba
