Happened to be at 2silos and saw this food truck. We’ve had food prior to coming but decided try out fried elotes bites and they were so good. Service was great and food came out quick. Would go back next time and try out rest of their menu.
Visiting the area and stopped for an outside meal on a pretty day. There were various food trucks but I choose La Gringa and was not disappointed! We ordered the battered corn bites, fried pickle fries and some empanadas. Food was prepared fresh and quick! Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!
