The pizza is well made, but theres this unpleasant, chemical, metallic taste on the crust. I imagine its something wrong with the pizza oven.

Food and one of the servers was very rude a chubby guy with a mustache beard I thought it was only me but then another guest came into order and he very nicely said can I get a pizza pls and the server gave him the worst attitude ever he was like what kind in a very rude way the person barely spoke English this is ugly I'm never coming back

Ordered a pizza online, topping was not included pepperoni. I picked it and came home. Once home and checked it, it had pepperoni on it. Called them and told them the story. And they said it happens and they can refund.
I don’t need that damn 20 dollars. It’s about quality and the time I spent and the trust.
The guy behind the phone was rude and disrespectful and he said that he doesn’t care about the review if I write one.
I will never buy a pizza from them anymore. If you are allergic please don’t trust them.

I recently visited Little Caesars and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, my order was late, even though I arrived on time to pick it up. Instead of apologizing, the staff seemed disorganized and indifferent.
To make matters worse, when I asked to use the restroom, I was told it wasn’t available for customers. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
Finally, I was charged extra for pizza sauce, which I feel should be included with the order. It’s disappointing to see a company nickel-and-dime customers for something so basic.
This experience was far from what I expected. Little Caesars needs to improve their customer service, ensure orders are prepared on time, and reconsider policies that inconvenience loyal customers. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I’m not a regular customer of this restaurant chain and decided to try it today because it’s a favorite of someone having lunch with us and I just wanted to give them some love for being a great restaurant with good food and amazing service! The employee Gustavo went out of his way to help us out with our order as I am handicapped and disabled. He is a wonderful employee who you are very lucky to have on your staff! Thank you for having Gustavo as an employee in your corporation! We give him and this franchise location our highest praise. Happy holidays!

The lady at the front desk took very long to answer the phone when I tried to order. I mentioned this because another customer complained saying that he called 8 times before coming in person. She told me to pick up my order in 10-15 minutes I came in after 20 minutes. Then I had to wait for other 10. I was very polite when I asked how long it would take. I was in a rush. She was very rude saying: Do you want a return for your order? In a very disrespectful way. And then saying it’s not her fault, they’re so busy!
It’s ok if you’re busy, but be sure, confirm with the people in the kitchen if you need to, before giving a time. If you tell me it will take 30 minutes instead of 10, I can come in about 30 minutes or maybe order in another pizza place. Be responsible with others. We have a life and it’s just a business. And the last thing you want to hear when you order food is to the cashier giving excuses because your meal is not ready and very impolite offering you a refund after you already waited for so long. It doesn’t matter if the place is a Little Caesar’s or the most expensive restaurant in the area. Respect is the key.

Take out pizza place, so no atmosphere to speak of but tried the Thin crusted pepperoni pizza and it was good. Staff nice and attentive, waited about 15" for pizza, place clean. Good price @ $7.99 for large pizza. No complaints!
