Concerned. We dine at this restaurant often because of its overall delivered value. But last couple of trips we have noticed a shift towards poor management and poor service. They used to be good at the little things but not so much now. We hope it’s a temporary staffing or management issue
We went there as a family for my son's 21st birthday. The food was great as always. Service was perfectly timed. Had a great evening. Definitely the best steaks in the business.
We went there to celebrate my mom's 87th birthday. We had a large party of 14 so we called ahead to reserve a table. Unfortunately the area they intended to seat us was occupied by another larger party that were finished eating but still fellowshipping. The manager explained the situation. She did offer an alternative but we wouldn't have been able to sit together. Although the alternative didn't work the manager kept that area open just in case we changed our mind....
