We were given gift cards for Olive Garden and so decided to use them at this one. However, our experience was awful. We had a 15 minute wait, not bad. We were given plastic cutlery because no one had rolled metal ones in a proper napkin. Our waitress was busy, ok, but I waited 15 minutes before my wine arrived. My husband beer tasted off Our food was really not nice. I had chicken with frozen broccoli not fresh. My husband had chicken and shrimp pasta. It was dry , probably sitting under hot lights I’m not sure why so many people think that this restaurant serves good food. I’m never going to another one again.

Had an amazing experience at Olive Garden Manassas! Our waiter Faisal was absolutely fabulous super attentive, friendly, and made our night so enjoyable. Great service + great food = perfect dinner. We’ll definitely be back and asking for Faisal again!

I have been to many Olive Gardens throughout the US, this was very much like all the others I’ve been to. The service was good. The food was good. The interior was good.

I may be bias about Italian food, but olive garden is my happy place. The staff are all delightful and it feels so warm and friendly. The food- I couldn't even begin to suggest a way it could be better. It's perfect! The prices are good, and the generosity with drinks and the bread sticks is unending. Overall, my favorite restaurant! Come here if you want a warm, delicious experience full of authentic food and a good time!

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my family and I received at your Manassas Olive Garden on Mother’s Day, May 11, 2025. This was, by far, the most disappointing dining experience I have encountered—not only at Olive Garden, but at any restaurant.

Our party of eleven arrived promptly at 6:00 PM. Upon checking in, we were informed that there would be an approximate wait time of one hour due to the size of our group, which we understood and were willing to accommodate. However, that estimate proved to be grossly inaccurate. By 7:20 PM—nearly an hour and a half later—we followed up with the host for an update and were told there were still no available tables. During this time, we observed multiple smaller parties of four to six guests being seated promptly. We had no issue being split between two tables—even in separate sections of the restaurant—but this was never offered or considered by the staff.

We were not seated until 8:35 PM, a full 2.5 hours after our arrival. At this point, two small children (ages 2 and 7) were visibly upset and hungry, and two pregnant family members were extremely uncomfortable and nearing exhaustion. Once seated, we placed drink and children's food orders first, hoping to expedite service for those in the most need. Unfortunately, this too was delayed—our drinks alone took over 30 minutes to arrive, and two drink orders were completely missed.

After the initial soup and salad were delivered, our server, Kristine (if I recall correctly), disappeared for approximately 30–45 minutes. She did not return to check on our table, offer drink refills, or clear used appetizer plates. I eventually had to approach another server to assist us with refilling drinks. By this time, it was nearly 10:36 PM—over four hours into what should have been a pleasant dinner celebration.

When our entrées were finally served at 10:45 PM, one of our pregnant family members had become physically ill due to the prolonged wait, despite having brought snacks and water. Everyone at the table had lost their appetite. We immediately requested take-out boxes, only to wait an additional 20 minutes. To make matters worse, our server was unable to split the checks correctly, further delaying our departure by another 10 minutes.

While we understand that Mother’s Day is a high-volume holiday, it is also one that restaurants have ample time to prepare for. The lack of organization, communication, and basic hospitality was unacceptable and inexcusable.

Although the food itself was satisfactory when reheated the following day, the service we received was completely unacceptable. I strongly question how this location maintains a four-star rating. Based on this experience, I would rate it zero stars if that were possible.

This experience was not only a disappointment but a failure in guest care and operational readiness. I am requesting this matter be reviewed by management and appropriate measures be taken to prevent future guests from enduring a similar situation.

I gone to this olive Garden plenty of times. The atmosphere is fun and the restaurant is clean. I had spaghetti and meatballs. My only issue is that it needed more seasoning. I also felt as if I had more noodles then sauce. Overall it was tasty I just felt like the kitchen should watch for these things.
When it comes to Service, we had to ask for our glasses to be filled. Im not sure but some other people I noticed had the same issue I hope the waiters look for these signs.
Over all the restaurant is a good place dor family and friends, and to host parties.

Every time I come here, it has been a good experience. Most recently, I was waited on by Kelly who displayed some of the best service I've experienced in my life. His timing was impeccable. His manners were exceptional. Food was delivered timely and hot. Couldn't ask for more. A 30% tip didn't seem to be enough.

Everything was perfect from walking in the door being greeted. Prompt service we connected with our server she was fabulous. We didn't wait long for our food. I was glad to have the music back that I grew up listening to when eating in Olive Garden. The dessert was so delicious - ricotta cheesecake with strawberries on top. The atmosphere was so pleasant. We had an excellent time. Thanks
