I ordered curbside delivery and clicked the “I’m here” button on the app at 10:08. Fifteen minutes later I called, but no one answered. I waited five minutes and called again, no answer. At 10:37, I walked inside and was told, “oh, we do curbside out the side, not the front” which isn’t indicated on any signage or on the app. The he said, “I was just about to call you because I couldn’t find you.” It was not busy.
