Ordered pizza online, timeline was 39-49 minutes to arrive. After 70 minutes I called and was told "the driver is on his way", 20 minutes later he finally arrived with cold pizza. This seems to be a continual problem at this store, the manager needs to be fired!
I ordered a pizza online, ready for carry out, and when I arrived 20 minutes after my pizza was scheduled to have been ready, I was told “it’ll just be a few more minutes”. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked when it would be ready and was told “they just put it in the oven”. This was now 30 minutes past when my pizza should have been ready. My elderly father in law loves your honey chipotle chicken wings. We order them almost every day. Yesterday was Valentine's Day so in the comments, I requested that they arrange the wings in the shape of a heart. They did it! Thanks guys, you're awesome!
