Pho Le Vietnamese Restaurant

Pho cravings hit, so I stopped by Pho Le for a bowl of spicy beef noodle soup. And honestly? The food was great. The broth had that deep, slow-cooked flavor that feels like a warm hug, the kind that tells you someone took their time getting it just right. The place was clean, the service was friendly, and overall, it was a solid meal.

But here’s where things felt a little off—I’m sitting in a Vietnamese restaurant, spoon in one hand, chopsticks in the other, and in the background? Hispanic music and Spanish TV. It wasn’t loud or obnoxious, just… not what I expected. I get that the area has a big Hispanic community, and I respect that, but when I go for Vietnamese food, I want the full experience. Call it a pet peeve, but it kind of took me out of the moment.

Would I come back? Yeah, for the pho. It was solid, and at the end of the day, that’s what matters. But if I had a choice between here and a spot that feels more immersive, I’d probably lean toward the latter.

We ordered takeaway over the phone at night.

Unfortunately the food was very meh. They took the payment over the phone and charged us for a sandwich with a soda and chips and didn’t even say there was an option to just get the sandwich. It was a small tiny kids pringles and soda for an extra $4.
They also got the order wrong and put cilantro when we asked for no cilantro. Overall, not a great experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Pho Le Vietnamese Restaurant recently. My group and I arrived at 8:45 PM, only to be told that we couldn’t be seated because the restaurant was closing at 9 PM. It was frustrating to be turned away with 15 minutes left before closing time. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service was quite disappointing. We won’t be returning to Pho Le, and I’d advise others to consider their policies on late arrivals before heading over.

Keep in mind a big flashing sign was saying OPEN.

I worked at restaurants and we never turned down a client because we are closing in 1 minute.

Terrible customer service. I called to place an order and the lady who answered was a bit rude but I decided to ignore it and place my order. I wanted a small soup along with other items and she said I couldn’t order small, that it had to be large because I was picking it up. That made no sense to me. Then she asked for my payment and I said I will pay when I get there because I’m driving and she proceeded to say she needed it or she wouldn’t process the order. I ended up cancelling the order. Go to the other pho soup place that’s next to mcds. Amazing customer service and soup.

New item, BAHN MI! These sandwiches are delicious!!! The price is right, the bread is perfect...Crispy outside, soft center! I highly recommend them, best in Virginia!

I ordered shrimp fried rice and I dont know what that is but I found this .So disgusting some sort of metal thing .I'm not going to eat here no more

This is more of a sit down family style Vietnamese restaurant where there is a large selection of vietnamese dishes instead of the limited selection of noodle soups. As such the Bun Bo Hue is the average type that you'll experience at most places, but the Bo Luc Lac is really delicious. I suspect the Pho will also be your average "good enough" pho, but at least if that's what you're craving for, it might just hit the spot.
