Pizza Hut in Manassas

“Hit or miss. I went here for the first time in many, many years.A few weeks ago and then again this last week. The visit a month ago was great.And it made me miss pizza hut. So I got to take out this week, and I even checked to make sure they put my dips in.They forgot my garlic dip and gave me another marinara ( too sweet) instead with my cheese bread. But I'll take the blame.
The pizza I ordered this time around was not as good as the pizza that I got three weeks ago. The crust of the PAN Pizza is certainly not as awesome as it was a decades ago. This 2nd time, it was not as fresh and though it was not ready when i arrived - it was probably the 1st item completed on my order and sat the longest. A bit inconsistent, but I will say the staff is super friendly. How can you not feel good when the cashier is a young guy with genuine smile and super friendly. Price was ok though when you add multiple deals - the total can be excessive.
Overall, not bad for fast food pizza. I really wish they'd bring back the original pan pizza crust!“

“This location is always so clean and the girls inside are friendly. I often stop by to grab something for lunch. I will say, the two times I stopped by for dinner (mobile order ahead), the gentleman was very insistent on giving a tip, almost feeling like I couldn't leave unless I did. For this reason, I will not be visiting again at dinner time. However, I will continue to visit for lunch.“

“Got an email announcing a new deep dish pizza at pizza hut. Dine in only. I love a good deep dish, and haven't been satisfied with any outside of Chicago. So I was psyched to try the huts.Let me first say this was an excellent pizza, perfect deep dish, it was as good as I have had anywhere. I will be back.That said, as I mentioned, it's dine in only. I see why, it has to be in the pan or it falls apart, as any real deep dish would.But you can't preorder dine in on the app, nor online. Pizza huts online apps really stink. Ok, so I drove in. The kid behind the counter didn't know the two styles available ( pepperoni or meaty). So I said pepperoni and sausage . Then I sat down and saw the table tent pictured, saying the types. I went straight back up and showed him the ad, and said, I want meaty. "But I already put it in". I told him to change it. He whined again, I already put it in.He didn't know the menu, then he couldn't be bothered to fix it. I might add, we were the only customers in the place!Later, after about 10 minutes, the cook/manager came out to tell us the deep dish takes 20 minutes (I expected it would, it's deep dish) I mentioned I wanted meaty, and he said he would make it, and did.When it came out, all hot and pretty, it was fantastic.Bottom line, call ahead, the app won't work, the website won't work, and you want them to start it for you so you don't wait half an hour. And don't count on any table service nor anyone who knows the menu. But if you get past the hurdles, that is one great pie.“

“This amazing girl named Vanessa Y. helped me throughout my time there, she was courteous and patient whilst I decided what I wanted to order. She recommended me the Supreme Pizza with some Wings. It was magnificent. I stopped there after my very difficult day, and Vanessa brightened up my day by being so kind, friendly, and just an overall good presence. If I were a manager there, I would give her a raise, because this is a worker you want to treat very well. Thank you for my wonderful time, and wonderful pizza.“
