“I don't know what any of these people putting one star reviews are talking about. Carla our server was fantastic! She was respectful,funny,kind and very talkative compared to other servers I have met,she greeted us in with a smile and sat us down. For 2 drinks,2 salads and a large supreme deep dish pizza was only 35 dollars, as a bonus there was a drive thru if you would like to go theres a salad bar and you can eat inside where are other pizza hut you usually can't.there wasn't many people around but the few that were there were very quite which i understand because it was a gloomy day out. and the pizza was delicious it was nice hot like it had just came out of the oven and it was probably the best pizza I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this pizza hut !.“

“They hv a CONsistency of INSULTING the pickups & saying that we're TOO EARLY & making us wait..... But I came when there was NO OTHER CARS OR PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY & I made a video AS EVIDENCE!!! The video will PROVE the time that I FINALLY received my pizza VS the screenshot of WHEN it said that IT WOULD B DONE!!!! I FEEL that they r HARASSING bc I didn't want 2 include a tip..... When the Black Guy at the window baSICKly STATED 2 make it prevalent, that I can tip if I wanna...... But NOW I realize EVEN MORE: even though I've tipped in the past; WHY the hell should I tip...... When I've driven there 2 retrieve my pizza MYSELF!!!! 🤷🏼‍♂️ He basically TURNED ME OFF FROM EVA WANTING 2 TO AGAIN.....& MADE ME WAIT close to 15min EXTRA, when the entire store was CLEAR!!!
THIS is an situation I've experienced B4 as it's below described:
By paying EARLY...WHEN my order was actually finished; they had us sitting there 4 an additional 30min EVEN THOUGH I KEPT approaching the counter I was NEVA ASKED HOW I COULD B HELPED!!! ...So I'll ALWAYS FEEL that it was DONE ON PURPOSE, & there was a bit of Prejudice involved; cause different people at the register NEVA CARED 2 ASK if I was waiting on something or liked 2 order ONCE THEY HAD MY MONEY & COULD B INSULTING TOWARDS MY ETHNICITY!!!! 😡 😠“
