I came in today at 11:30, the store was completely empty minus the 3 staff members. Upon entering the store no one made eye contact or greeted me. I thought this was strange considering the store was empty but non the less. I stood in an empty line for 5 minutes without being acknowledged what so ever. I went to Potbelly yesterday for a fundraiser for DARF (Deepwood Animal Rescue Fund) which is part of my vet in Manassas, VA yesterday. I don't tend to go there because I'm not a fan, but one thing I wish they do is allow the customer to choose whether they want their sandwich toasted or not. I ordered the roast beef and I assumed it would be a cold sandwich because that's how I love my roast beef, but nope. It just made my sandwich messy with the crumbs everywhere.
