The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because one time the chicken was a little dry but that happened 1 out of 10 times. That is still much better than a lot of Pollo places in town!
This place slaps. Their staff is super friendly and patient with an illiterate gringo like me, and their chicken is to die for. I love it so much that we even get it for our weekly lunches for the crew at work. The yuca is friend to perfection without any of the stringyness that I associate with faster places like Pollo Campero. Raices is better. The Chicharrón sandwich is a must have. My only complaint was the pork was a little bit dry but was still super tender and enjoyable. I will be back to try more. The seats are limited when busy. The employees are great here.
