It's ok, but it's not great. There are so many options in the area and for the price it's kinda basic.
We’ve been going to Red Lobster for years, and usually I’m a pretty big fan. The food is normally tasty and well-prepared, portions are good, and the atmosphere feels clean and welcoming. This visit, though, left me a little disappointed.
The Good:
Our server, Katy, was excellent; quick, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic.
The Bacon Mac & Cheese was delicious.
The Not-So-Good:
The food overall was just okay this time. We ordered the Admiral’s Feast and the Seafood Boil with lobster. The fried seafood was under-seasoned, not very crispy, and the clam strips were about 70% breading. The scallops, shrimp, and fish felt uninspired — edible but bland.
The atmosphere was rough. The rear dining room where we were seated felt dim and stark, with little decoration beyond a sketch of a lobster on the wall. To make things worse, a screaming child a few booths over completely ruined any chance of a quiet, romantic dinner. The family made no effort to calm her, and staff didn’t intervene.
The dining room felt oddly empty for a Sunday at 5pm. Watching the staff come out to sing Happy Birthday nearby was more depressing than cheerful.
On arrival, staff members in partial uniforms were hanging around the entrance, chatting and flirting with the hostesses, which didn’t set the best tone.
Other Notes:
The parking lot is shared with Olive Garden, which is fine, but smaller than I’d expect.
The manager never came by to check on our table, which is unusual compared to our experiences at other locations.
Bottom Line:
Service from Katy was great, but the food felt lackluster, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. I would have liked to see more attention to the quality of the fried seafood, better use of the dining space to reduce noise, and an overall warmer, more inviting atmosphere. Compared to our usual Red Lobster experiences, this visit fell flat; honestly, I found myself wishing we’d just gone to Olive Garden instead.

The food is really good during CrabFest this year. Just need to make sure that you ask for extra sauce because all restaurants seem to be putting little sauce with your order. Paying more, getting less makes you more conscious of those things. Otherwise good food this season. Ordered to go.

My wife and I came to Red Lobster today and we really enjoyed our selfs. The food was great and our waiter Andre, was very, very good. He made sure our meal and service was top notch. He came to our table to make sure things were good and if anything was needed. Great service Andre. Eric R.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal of grilled shrimp, & shrimp scampi, with a side of fries. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were piping hot, moist and delicious- just like I like them! Our waitress was very pleasant and efficient. We were even provided some entertainment as we watched the haphazard way as staff member cleaned tables in our vicinity. He could definitely use some more training. 😄

I got a rotten lobster and was still charged for the rotten lobster. The manager only gave me a ten percent discount.

Great dining experience for a lovely lunch. Southwest Shrimp Bowl is excellent. Although the tails are left on the shrimp, as is the case most places, at least here they add the shrimp after the sauce so they're easier and cleaner to pick up. Generous serving and delicious flavor and nice presentation. And our service was exceptional!! Great job Melani! We will be back : )

I have dine here several times. I have also ordered food from their website many times. However, on Wednesday, October 30th around 1:30 pm I
went to order some To-go food. No one was at the hostess desk. After waiting for a little while I have to ask a waiter, that was passing, by for help. Finally someone appear, look like was the bartender(female). Order the food and while waiting I sat on the bar area and ordered a mojito. While waiting for my to-go order I also witness a heated discussion between another To-go customer , who was there waiting already for her order, because they didn't bring the correct food that she ordered. Anyway, back to my history. The "mojito" arrived and without any mistake, that was the WORST mojito ever made, tasted only like soda water and rum, even when it have some wedge lemons and mint leaves inside. Waited and waited for the bartender and after about 15-20 minutes she appeared and I asked to paid for the drink , which I barely took a little sip and told her to cancel my to-go order . To my surprise she ran the register and gave me the bill for the food that I never received. Of course, I refuse to pay for the food , only for the infamous drink. To this point I did not received an apology for the BAD, lazy service. Then, she told me that she have to inform the situation to the manager. When the manager came, true to be told , she was some how apologetic and again I offered to pay for the drink, which finally did not happened because the manager could not find the bar order on the computer/register.
Before I left, I did express out loud my frustration telling that the BAD service , among others reasons, was forcing to RED LOBSTER chain to "close".
Never will go back again.
