I go to Starbucks every morning for the past five years. I started a new job in Manassas and unfortunately this is the Starbucks closest to my job. This is the worst Starbucks. They don’t greet you when you arrive. The manager is rude as hell ALWAYS. My order is constantly delayed because of error. They make a mistake and charge me for it. Will no longer be a customer at this location ZERO STARS.

I ordered inside the store and although there was no one in line to order, it took 17 minutes for my drink (brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) to come out. The taste of the drink varies from store to store, but here it wasn't bad, but the taste wasn't satisfactory.

If you're looking for extremely kind people, this is where you will find it. I've lived in Manassas my entire life and have never been dissaapointed with this location. The batista taking my order today proved this and then some. I didn't know what to get other than something sweet with lavender foam and she made an amazing choice for me. She was so kind and helpful that it made my day and it's only 9:10 in the morning! Thank you ?? Also - I highly recommend the lavender foam!! YUMMM!!

The Worst Starbucks ever. I travel all over world alot and that says alot. Zero friendly vibes no highs or byes or sorry for your drink waits of up to 1.5 hour waits. Yes multiple times that happened even when there not busy. They never apologize or say sorry for the wait. Only come if you must to this location.

This Starbucks is usually where I go to get my Mocha Frappuccino which I order the same thing all the time and on 02/08/24 this was the first time I received my mocha Frappuccino with shavings of chocolate. I wondered if this was a new thing with the mocha Frappuccino because I did not order it with chocolate shavings. I have always had good experiences with this Star Bucks but the last few times my order has been wrong and customer service has been awful.

Bad customer service! Not helpful at all when I asked why the rest of my drinks were never coming out. They messed up and put them in the drive through section, when I ordered in.

On 1/8/2024 at 12:27 pm, store number 13595, I was ordering a drink in the drive-through when I jumbled my words and even apologized to the person taking my order, and she responded, "yea, I know words are hard," mocking me while taking my order. People go to an establishment because of good service and product, and I know if this complaint will go anywhere, but I will write it anyway. When I finished the order, I thanked her for taking it and moved to the window; after receiving it, I asked the employee who took my order. He stated that he was unsure, but when I mentioned what she had said, he knew who it was based on his facial expression since she said it loud enough for them to hear it as she took my order. I told him it's very disrespectful and not good service for someone to make fun of a person they are taking an order from. I told him it was poor customer service and that it should be dealt with; he apologized and made an excuse for being stressed and busy. I told him what if I was a bad person and reacted negatively toward you. I stated you never know what type of day someone is having, and being respectful to people while providing a service is easy. I know it was not his fault, and I was calm while talking to him, just passionate about not disrespecting people because you never know. It could be someone with a disability, but this person thought it was okay to mock a customer over tangling their words. Unacceptable!

Order my drink and the person at the drive through starts questioning it and keeps saying are you sure so I said nvm I won't have the cold foam cuz I felt pressured then when I get to the window I was like actually can you add the cold foam ( because it's my drink so why does the employee get to decide if I should get it or not) that's when the manager comes over and Ridley says are you asking for the cold foam on the drink you just told us not to put it on... correction your employee pressured me out of getting it but we responded with yes she hufs rolls her eyes and says your total is -- but at the end of the day why is a manager being so rude with customers?
