I had the privilege of being helped by Lexie (I think). She was so kind and followed up several times with me even after I had my order. People like her could turn anyone’s bad day into a great one! Great job!!!!
Shout out to the Starbucks manager working the window today! She was so cheerful and enthusiastic on a wet dreary day - she wished me Happy Mother’s Day and sent me in my way with and extra iced coffee…. (She must have seen I needed it! 🤪) She made my morning with her outgoing personality- and the added iced coffee was just the cherry on top!
Saw someone throw a fit because order was wrong and throw drinks inside the Starbucks then the manager gives them a gift card next time back your employee instead of the customer that threw a tantrum!
