I have really tried to like this specific location and I just can’t find it in me to be okay with how the staff handles issues. This morning at around 9am a lady took my order through drive thru. Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was my favorite drink at Starbucks when I used to live in NYC. So I decided to get it today at Manassas in VA it was my first time ordering from them and I decided it’s going to be the last time. The drink it has NO taste no flavor, it’s like just water but at least water has a taste. They make me forget about this drink and never buy it again.
