I've been to this location only a handful of times and will continue to visit now. The food is typical Subway though this locations vegetables are the freshest in the surrounding area hands down. I would give a 3.5 stars for that but.
What I will say is the customer service that I received and have continued to recieve from the 3 to 4 women that work at this location when I come, around 12:45 to 13:30 2x a week. These women have always treated me with respect, courteous, and always smiling. I enjoy those women attitudes for the few minutes I'm in there and I leave with a smile every visit. They know how customer service works and they are the reason I give 5 stars for the overall experience. Those womens customer service along with the freshest ingredients is why I pass 3 other Subways to get there. They are awesome!!!

I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while now, and most of the time, the service is fine. But I’ve consistently had bad service from one of the employees—the larger woman who was working today. From the start, her attitude has felt negative toward me for no clear reason. Today, when I walked in, she said something to the other employee and walked away as soon as she saw me. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m just here to grab a sandwich like anyone else, and it’s frustrating to feel unwelcome as a regular customer. I don’t know who she is or what the issue might be and it made me feel uneasy about ordering—like I couldn’t trust the service. She seems too grown to be acting that way, especially toward a regular customer. They both hispanic and they work every day in the mornings.

I’ve ordered a Italian Herbs and Cheese foot long yesterday via online at this location and I got a wheat bread foot long. When I asked in store I was told that they’re out of that beard, how come subway runs out of most commonly used bread. It was 8pm and they’re out of bread for customers for sandwiches. Totally crazy would not recommend this store.

I have nothing against Hispanics. I'm one myself. But if you are gonna leave one charge as kind of a manager. Make sure she can speak English. It is now 4 times I have called this facility inquiring about a job and she wanna say a manager doesn't even exist their in the process of hiring one. To call back in two weeks. Really no manager?? Then who is running the place. Bc if your it they need to replace you. Im a hard worker but I will not go where ignored and not appreciated

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My brother in law went in to pick up his mobile order. Upon arriving, he showed the screenshots of the order # and order info. The guy who we believe is the franchise owner starts yelling saying that he needs proof of a bank statement that he paid for this order. Why should he have to show his personal bank statements to a random guy in Subway for a $10 transaction? My brother in law got upset stating to just search up the order # and it should be under my sister's name. The owner refused and started accusing him of "wanting a free sandwich" and making accusations and statements such as "I bet if you show me your account there would be no charge on it" it was literally 15 minutes of this going on back and forth. My brother had to intervene for them to finally make the sandwich. The younger Hispanic lady who works for him was also being an instigator as well. Very unprofessional and rude. The quality of this subway has gone down hill for a while but after this experience we will never be returning. These people just want to cut corners and rob you of every penny they possibly can while accusing you of stealing. Absolutely unacceptable.

Don't eat here. They got blood all over my food. Went to turn to leave store, over heard guy say he cut his hand to another worker.....didnt think anything of it. Went to get my keys from my pocket .Had blood on my hand. Wasn't my blood. Noticed blood on the subway bag. Took food out of bag, blood on the food wrapper/box. Didn't even want to check the actual food itself. I just threw it on the ground. Disgusting. Walked next door to Giant washed my hands, got hand sanitizer. Subway closed by time I got back. Took pictures and left the food. Called the store and left messages.....no help, called and emailed corporate.....no help. Never eating Subway again. Any Subway for the fact that they would allow stuff like this to happen at one of their restaurants.

I walk in to get a sub, but first I need to use the restroom. A man was yelling at me and I go back to the bathroom, and yelling in some words tells me you paid you use bathroom, he yelled so I didn't understand the first 2x, hands me some disgusting key, only 1 bathroom(the womens says employees only) it's absolutely disgusting. I hand the key back to the girl upfront and I'm sorry...... but she didn't wash your hands before grabbing A RESTROOM KEY from someone!!!!!! Ewwwwwww! She's touching all over those thin gloves she put on, and obviously on top of that him yelling at me for going to the bathroom first, everyone in the restaurant was staring at me. The girl had an attitude. People need to stop supporting these trash privately owned chains. ... they do what they want and get away with it way toomich. And stop yelling at people in your foreign language, ENGLISH is used in the states. Especially when i respond to you in english. I haven't been to subway in a minute but tell me why a mediocre 6 inch steak and cheese cost 10$.....10$ and the girl upfront doesn't even have enough common sense to wash her hands before touching all over some thin plastic gloves........

Closes 30 minutes early. Won’t make bread in the last 2 hours of being open as to not inconvenience the employees when closing up early. Don’t waste your time, horrible location. They went out of business last year hopefully they will again soon.
