I love, love, love this place! I just can't think of how to best describe why. Their ice cream is better than other... more "royal" brands. Way better in my opinion. The atmosphere is perfect - its all outside so the kiddos can run around - supervised, of course. And they play music you would hope to hear from a place called "Swirlie's".
