Great Taco Bell. Clean and tidy. Employees do get overwhelmed with orders at times. They do acknowledge and apologizes for the inconvenience. You don’t see that in any other quick serve restaurants. 👍

I went today in the night the people so rude not good customer service and I got charged for adding creamy jalapeños sauce on grill cheese burrito but yet they didn’t change it but I’m a adult not gonna press them about it, it sucks that they don’t even get the food right and take so long for 2 burritos mind you no cars behind me worst Taco Bell ever.

Please have someone dedicated to checking the counter for mobile orders. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve waited at the counter, only to be ignored for 10-20 minutes while I can see my foods waiting for me.

Fat burritos are nice, the workers are not. Black manipulative women messed up on my drink order and demanded i gave her more money for a drink that costed less then the frozen drink she gave me. Then shifted blame saying it was another workers fault. Crazy. This mindset b is why manassas sucks.

Food was good when I got it, but it was ready 2p minutes after the time my app said it would be ready. Last time, it took 30 minutes. Def not gong back here again. Took longer to get the food than at most sit down restaurants

I’ve been coming to this location twice a week for about a year because the food is generally good. However, the drive-thru service is consistently disappointing. No matter how long the line is whether it’s three cars or ten it always takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get my order. It’s honestly baffling how reliably slow the service is. At this point, it feels like a feature, not a flaw. Fast food shouldn’t take half an hour something clearly needs to change with how this location is being managed.

The line is always taking forever and oftentimes i get my food cold. Its a huge mess and at this point im just not going to be ordering from this location.
first taco bell location where the mango tea tastes horrible. It tastes so watered down. idk if their machine broke or something but it’s not sweet at all compared to others. they need to try their own drinks. handing people bitter drinks like that is crazy

I didn’t know tortillas could come as 1ply. Overpriced and you have to do all of the work of placing the order as there is no menu or person to place an order with. My meal was sauce on a paper thin tortilla. How is this a special/ cantina item?

Probably the most consistent Taco Bell I've been to, orders and customizations are always on point, food is cooked well, and even the one or two times where an item was forgotten, they were kind and gave me a little extra to make up for it.
Thank you for the year of service, random Taco Bell. You had my back for those 2 am struggles 🫡
