I get being busy but I have never seen anyone work slower than the lady behind the counter. I genuinely believe that it would have been quicker for me to grow the food myself.

I’ve never had a problem with this Taco Bell. For a period of time you would sit in the drive thru for a pretty long time, but the food was always correct and the staff was always really kind and apologetic. I went to Taco Bell for the first time last night in a long time and they have a new ordering system in the drive thru and the line wasn’t long like it used to be, so maybe the new system has helped with the backed up drive thru **** And I must say the new menu is DELISH! Food was awesome and so was service

The food is always exceptional! However, it’s unfortunate that this establishment consistently takes at least 30 minutes to get through the line.
Honestly the food is good. But they have a rude cashier, first time I meet her, she was rude to my sister and me in the intercom, made a comment in her language which I understand due to picking up a few words. And lastly she glared at me while making my food before shoving it at me which ticked me off.

Every time I go there, it takes upwards 30 minutes to get my food. It doesn't matter how I order. Online Pickup? Order doesn't get started until I'm there. Takes 30 min. Online Drive through pick up? Gotta make it, takes 30min. I have gone several times at 12:30 at night and the drive through line is backed up because these people take forever getting food ready. It used to be quick. Now, save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
