When it comes to customer service, the workers at this location specifically are extremely patient and friendly. My friend and I always come here after the gym, and due to how much we frequent it, my order has been memorized by one of the employees.
The food is regular Taco Bell food, nothing particularly special. If they get something wrong, they will remake it if you ask them, though it’s rare they get things wrong at this location.
Overall, service is great and the food is good. I would reccomend this Taco Bell if you live on the sudley and battlefield side of Manassas.

Just ordered breakfast food and the breakfast burrito was a little bit of sausage even less eggs and all cheese melted cheese. It was flat and all three of them so it wasn’t just a fluke on one. I also got a breakfast crunch wrap and it was half the size it’s normal so don’t know what the hack I’m paying for.

I almost never eat a taco bell. In the past five years, I think i've eaten at taco bell four times, and three times we're this week. No I was not here for the mountain dew pie, although I was aware that it existed, I did not buy one. But I was very pleasantly surprised by how clearly the staff spoke at the drive through, how efficiently they processed the transaction and provided me with a receipt, and I was also impressed with how quickly my order was ready and in my hands.
Maybe I will choose taco bell more often now, even though I am native to Ohio and not from these parts. Good job Manassas !

AWFULLL I ordered my food 40 minutes prior before my break and by the time I get to this place then I was told that it wasnt ready after only three customer in the store and one employee at the countertable. Looks like everyone is on lunch break. And yall took my money for the food that is not ready!?!?!. Ridiculous and they had me waited before asking what order I have? What?!!?! Unacceptable and ridiculous. Im upset that I didnt get my food that I ordered. Going back to work on empty stomach. Thanks a lot.
Edit: now I put 5 stars due to the manager to fix the mistakes when I came back to get my food.
