After what I saw at my daughter's food. This place is in violation of all health and sanitation standards. My daughter's food was with hair all over her tacos.

In Louisville, Southern Indiana region, we are spoiled in the amount of great street taco places. This one in Hopkinsville would probably top my list if I included it in the ones back home. Tacos El Papi has great staff and they're so nice, love to support local businesses

We went here today, been meaning to visit but never had. Wish we had sooner. It’s like a Chipotle. You can get burritos, bowls, quesadillas. They press the bread in front of you, add the meat you want then you select what you want on it. All right there for you to pick. Super friendly people. You can get it on a burrito or a bowl. They have great fish tacos. Nachos are huge and tasty. They have vegetarian options as well. It’s definitely something Hoptown didn’t have before. Be prepared to spend about $7.99 a person before drinks. And yeah, Pepsi is what’s on tap. Customer service is top notch. Also, you go to a line and order them you can take it to go or eat there. Get your own refills and dump your trash. No wait service. It’s grab and go. Great and unique stuff. Think they should be around a while. Go check it out you won’t be disappointed.

Full disclosure, we live in a place where there is little available in the way of food. Most options amount to fast food. This place offers authentic street tacos that are tasty and well priced. The setup is as follows: get in line and decide what you want from the taco bar. You can choose corn or flour tortillas, then choose your meat: various preparations of pork, beef, chicken, and sometimes tongue or fish. They have a large selections of toppings, such as multiple types of vegetables, herbs, and sauces. The meat is almost almost always cooked well and is moist and flavorful (though it can dry out if it’s been out on the line for a while). The sauces are flavorful and offer varying levels of spice. They have several types of drinks, from horchata to flavorful punches. Usually not crowded. Nice place to have a meal in a town with few real food offerings.

Very good food. We all got burritos where you decide whatever you want on them and made in front of you. The chips we're very fresh and variety of salsa very good. It reminded me of a Chipotle or a Moe's. The only surprise was the bill. But food was excellent.

Loved this place reminded me of the tacos I had in mexico! Cant beat the price either. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have tried this place three times and have walked away impressed. They feature authentic street tacos with cilantro and onions. I love the chorizo and carne asada tacos while my wife loves the chicken and marniated pork tacos. On Tuesday, the tacos are 1 dollar each but they don't cut back on the servings. This is our go to place in Hopkinsville for real tacos!

Tacos looked and tasted like a Taco bought in Mexico...Great taste! not a Taco Bell type taco but authentic Mexican Taco you get south of the border.
