I started working locally in the area about a month ago. This is my second time ordering online, and both times have been less than pleasing. I thought I’d give it a second chance since I love the food and smoothies! Both times I’ve ordered online in an effort to be able to grab my food and get back to work quickly have been an epic fail resulting in me getting back to work well after my 30 minute lunch block. I order regularly through grub hub and sometimes go in and pick up my orders. Now 5 times in a row they have failed to complete a simple "sauce on the side" request and have failed to fix the situation each time it has happened. I even went so far as to call in after placing my order to request sauce on the side and still didn't receive any.
