I had never been to UNO's and figured I needed to try it. The outside appearance had me concerned, the weeds growing out of the plants and along the sidewalk, wasn't sure if it was open. The AC did not seem to be working, and it smelt a little like a dirty mop. The server was very friendly. She was always on time with drinks, the sliders we got as appetizers. Uno Pizzeria & Grill is a restaurant with a great atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and polite. Christine, a bartender, showed dedication to her job, even after an incident with the dishwasher. The menu offers a variety of options, including deep dish and hamburgers. The deep dish was a bit messy, but the crust was amazing. The server, Danielle, was knowledgeable and attentive. Despite being short-staffed, the crew in Manassas worked efficiently and delivered excellent food and service.
