Went into this location earlier this week for the buffet. It was busy and they kept a good variety of hot pizzas coming out. Stopped in during my Appalachian trail hike and they couldnt have been any kinder as a spent a decent amount of time there letting my phone charge.
Came here on our trip from central New Jersey to Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
The service was very great. Server always wanted to make sure we were properly served. Everything was good. Server was very nice.
The pizza and breadsticks were amazing.
This pizza hut still had a buffet type of area, which is something that we missed coming from NJ and was a good thing to see.

So much better than it has been. First time in four years that I haven't gotten food poisoning. Things are kept at the appropriate temperature, it was all cooked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The new manager is doing good things!
