ordered a Italian 8 inch the other day. If they’re hard up enough to cheat me out of $9 for a sub because I didn’t call them the night I had it and “waited too long”, they can keep the money. They won’t get any more from me.
everytime we order from here, I'm reminded why it's few and far between. the service is ridiculous. if you can get them to answer the phone, they'll put you on "hold" but you can hear them chatting at the desk. then they'll hang up on you. I've noticed plenty of Google reviews have the same experience. so I call back and say "hi I'm the one you just hung up on" and get back "pick up or delivery" with rude slapped all over it. the service is the worst I've ever experienced, and...read full review
