Wendy’s in Marion Virginia had excellent customer service with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. They were playing Christian Contemporary music, and when I mentioned to an employee how much I liked that, she said it was a district management decision. Definitely a great stop when traveling!

Wendy's provides friendly customer service, with staff members like Mandy and Stella going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. They are particularly accommodating to families with children, including those with special needs, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment. The restaurant offers fresh food, with hamburgers that taste like real beef, moist chicken, and fresh salads. While there may be occasional delays, staff members are generally courteous, and the restaurant is a good stop for families and travelers. After a period of improvement, the restaurant has regained its quality, making it a reliable place to enjoy a quick meal.
