While staying at the General Francis Marion Hotel, we ate here. I ordered the Puerto Nuevo Special. It was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was really crowded but the service was very good. PN is conveniently located in the GFMH.
Puerto Nuevo might just be the best Mexican food I’ve had here in the States. I had the Puerto Nuevo Special (surf and turf), and I was blown away. The salsa bar and chips were even amazing. Service was great and authentic, and the food was incredible. I will be back.

I was there on opening day, it was busy, the service was fantastic, drinks ? delicious and the food was tasty, if I’m ever back in town this will be the first place I’ll stop by .
