We are driving through on our family road trip and needed to refuel with caffeine. Robert at the Marion, VA Starbucks was beyond courteous and helpful. He was patient and took our large family’s order with precision. This is the friendliest, cleanest, Starbucks I have ever visited. Thank you so much!
I always ask for light ice- I am aware that it will use more of other products and that’s fine - charge me. But my horchata with lavender cold foam has no ice after I complained ! My lavender isn’t lavender and there’s zero ice. I know how ice breaks down I am a bartender. I know how it works. No other Starbucks has this problem. I overlooked it and spoke up multiple times.
I’ve stopped here twice on my road trips. It’s always short staffed. No one available to take your order at the counter. After eating several minutes,I just ordered on the app to speed up the process. The drinks were fine . First thing in the morning when they were open the tables and benches were still dirty from the day before. It’s eh
